Position Objective

The primary responsibility of a TapOnIt Inside Sales Executive is to increase revenue through cold calls, account management and overall revenue driving activities. This position directly impacts and is responsible for achieving or exceeding their revenue goal in the market.

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working with sales team when closing sale
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred; or equivalent work experience in media related business.
  • Sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment
  • Prior experience in digital marketing sales
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly growing start up, managing multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the mobile industry and text messaging
  • Knowledge of competitive media landscape; use for new business development and sales analysis

  • Developing mobile and desktop web applications using Javascript, HTML, CSS, modern JS frameworks such as Node.js, Vue.js, Restify and PHP/Laravel
  • Working with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS),
  • Updating relational databases schemas (MS SQL Server)
  • Managing in-memory key-value data stores (Redis)
  • Deploying updates in AWS
  • Analyzing biz requirements and designing software features in microservices environment
  • Modern software engineering environment (bitbucket, jira, confluence)

The ideal candidate has the following:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Associate degree / at least 2 years training in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
  • 2 years experience with web development (mobile and desktop web applications), using Javascript, HTML, CSS, modern JS run-time environments (e.g. Node.js)
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server), in-memory key-value data stores (Redis), Amazon Web Services
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the commercial software development process with good software hygiene regarding code documentation, unit testing, bug tracking and branch management (JIRA/confluence/bitbucket)

Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

 The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with multiple digital acquisition channels and will possess top-notch analytical skills.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRO to develop a plan for B2B and B2C growth marketing
  • Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver measurable results
  • Manage and execute paid acquisition campaigns across several digital ad platforms- developing a growth strategy, analyzing acquisition funnels and customer flows
  • Manage monthly budgets
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
  • Work with site and partner teams to ensure that we have proper end-to-end instrumentation to measure and optimize ROI
  • Work with data to make valuable data sets available and usable for marketing decisions
  • Work with sales and BD to define co-marketing opportunities with our partners; help make customer-friendly marketing services part of our value proposition to merchant partners
  • Define A/B testing programs to optimize landing pages and other critical ROI drivers
  • Work with partners to hit monthly growth and efficiency goals
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing
